How does Anada Home work?

Superior calibre therapists will look after you and your friends to create a thoroughly immersive body treatment in your home. We’ll soon be able to offer our experiences in your holiday escape or provide sessions at work to enhance the wellbeing for all of your team. If you choose our Spa at home, two therapists can provide the perfect experience for you and up to three friends. If you’d like to share with more friends, that’s perfect, just let us know when you book so we can provide the right amount of therapists to make sure you have the most attentive experience.

How do I make a booking?

It’s easy. Fill in our online booking form and we’ll get back to you or give us a call. Full payment is required at time of booking.

How long will the session last?

Our therapists will spend 3 hours with you guiding you through a mix of group activities, relaxation and individual therapy time. Your individual experience lasts for 45 minutes.

What do you need to have an At Home Experience?

Ideally you will need enough comfortable seating for you and your guests with an additional private space for treatments.

How do I choose my experience?

After booking we’ll be in touch and send you an email asking you to fill out our ‘Choosing your treatment’ form. This will need to be completed 10 days before your session. This will enable us to choose the best experience for you. If you book with less than 10 days to go, this is fine, we’ll need this information from you once you’ve booked your session. It is an essential part of the Anada experience, which you will benefit from.

How many people is an Anada experience for?

An experience can be enjoyed by as many people as your private setting with allow. Parties less than 4 guests will be charged the minimum requirement of £600.

How much does it cost?

It costs £150 per person, minimum party of 4.

When will my therapists arrive?

Your therapist/s will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the treatment start time in order to introduce themselves and set up.

Where do you recommend the experiences take place?

Outdoors is ideal on a warm, sunny day. But anywhere where you can connect with nature, like an orangery or home garden room is perfect. It should be a warm, quiet space so that you can fully relax and enjoy the treatment.

Do you cover all of the UK?

We’re based in Yorkshire and the North East, but we have plans to expand nationwide as we grow our business. If you require our service in another location in the UK, please contact us as we will work with you to make it happen. It will be subject to availability of our specialist therapists.

What happens if I have had an Anada experience before?

After you first Anada experience you will automatically become a part of Club Anada. This membership will offer preferred experience pricing, Anada communications and benefits throughout the year.

Can we change the experiences on the day?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible. All of the session is tailored to meet the needs of our clients inadvance.

What products do the therapists use?

All our therapists will be using our preferred choice of our partner products, Elemental Herbology, Natural Spa Factory and Anada products. If you have sensitive skin or would like to know more about our products please get in touch before the session.

What if I have an allergy/allergies?

Please let us know when making the booking and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What happens if I need to change the number of guests joining us?

We ask for as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Refunds can’t be given to guests who can’t make the booking if they cancel within 7 days of the date.

Can anyone enjoy these experiences?

Anyone over the age of 18 can benefit from our experiences. However, some treatment therapies aren’t suitable for guests who have a medical condition. Just ask and we will let you know which conditions these are.

What experience can I have if I am pregnant?

We have specially adapted our Meadow experience to guests who are pregnant. We believe that this experience combines the best elements to ensure you feel soothed and relaxed. Please note that during the first Trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy it’s not advisable to have a massage at all unfortunately.

Are there any height or weight restrictions?

For safety reasons, our therapist’s treatment beds generally have a weight capacity of approx. 20stone / 280lb / 127kg and length of approx. 6foot. Should your measurements exceed this, then please let the team know and we can suggest alternative arrangements for your treatments.

Can my pet, husband or children join us during our Anada experience?

To get the most from your experience we strongly advise that only your guests are involved in your Anada experience.

Are Anada experiences available for evenings?

Yes, we offer this experience to client’s 7 days a week, morning, noon or night.

What’s the difference between spa treatments and wellness?

At Anada we believe Spa and Wellness are two components of the same thing - to help people to feel good about themselves, their health and their overall wellbeing. Treatments offered in a Spa all have an element of wellness whether it’s a facial, massage or even a manicure it all has a positive effect on mind, body and Spirit. Traditionally a Spa was seen as somewhere to relax, a treat and a luxury experience whereas wellness was more focused around activities such as mediation, yoga or body work.

Can Anada offer experiences using my home indoor/outdoor pool, Spa pool, sauna or steam rooms?

We have created our very own raw element inspired sauna/steam ceremonies, earthy mud connections and water therapies. Please contact us for more details.

How can I make this a wonderful event for my guests?

This event requires nothing more from the host than a jug of water, however there are a few additions that can be made and here are some of our ideas, Some prepared lovely, tasty snacks Seasonally infused water Cosy blankets Candles and tea lights Relaxing music.

Can we add additional treatments to our experience?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. However, please be assured that you won’t be disappointed with the experience we have on offer.

Can Anada experiences be booked in hotels or holiday accommodation?

Yes, although Anada Away has not launched just yet, we can offer this if our clients request it. Please contact us to make an enquiry and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Can I cancel or change the date of my booking?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a refund for a cancellation. We are more than happy to offer a date change. Please contact the team if this does occur within 7 days of your session.

What happens if Anada cancel?

If any therapist is unable to perform his/her full engagement due to sickness, injury or any other reason then we will use all reasonable endeavours to fulfil its obligation by providing an alternative Freelance Therapist/s. This may involve the client/guests changing their treatment choice depending on the replacement therapist’s skills. If an alternative treatment is provided, no refund will be given on that treatment. Should any part of the engagement not be fulfilled in its entirety, we’ll deduct on a pro-rata basis the cost of the unfulfilled portion of the engagement.

What happens if I am not fully satisfied with my treatment?

It’s important to us that you are totally happy. If you’re not, please speak to your therapists on the day to resolve the issue. If you don’t discuss any issues with your therapist at the time, then we are unable to deal with this after the booking in an effective manner. If you are still dissatisfied after having spoken to the therapist, we ask that you contact us as soon as you can so we can discuss appropriate action. In order to be considered for a refund please let us know you’re unhappy within 5 days of your session.

What are the rules/guidelines for COVID19?

We have trained all of our therapists in COVID19 safety rules. Please be assured our team have got this covered in terms of the rules set out by the government regarding transmission, prevention and the best hygiene practices.

What are the COVID rules during my experience?

All of our therapists will be dressed in PPE during the full session when they are in your home. Where we need your help is, we advise you the host and your guests to all wear a mask/face covering (please make sure all guests have one, as our team won’t be able to offer you one). If you or your guests are exempt from wearing one, then please let us know upon booking. You can take off your mask covering whilst having your treatment. Please wash your hands thoroughly before and after your treatments and use hand sanitiser as and when necessary. We do also ask you to maintain social distancing rules where possible. If you can, open a window to let fresh air flow through the room before and during your session. If it’s warm enough, we suggest considering suitable outdoor space also.

What if I (the host) or one of my guests come down with COVID19 – do we have to cancel?

Please cancel your booking, according to the NHS’s self-isolation guidelines. That could mean avoiding treatments for at least seven days from the first day of suspicious symptoms if you live alone, or for 14+ days if you live with other people. OR find another friend to join the experience in his/her’s place. Please see above regarding our policy on cancellations.

What if Anada cancel due to their team being unwell?

We will do our utmost to provide you with a new team. If this is not possible, we will provide you with alternative dates and times, so that we can rebook your experience.

At Anada, we have taken the decision to share all information through the government portal for Track and Trace Services - https://contact-tracing.phe.gov.uk/ This is to ensure if our team or our clients become infected or come in contact with someone who is positive, we can trace this back and inform our clients.
